Rightful Wealth LLC provides fund recovery services to individuals who may be entitled to government-held funds. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are provided on a contingency basis — we charge a fee only upon successful recovery of funds.
Our fee structure is agreed in writing with each client before any work commences. We will never charge upfront fees. Our fee is a percentage of the funds successfully recovered, as specified in your individual agreement.
While we only take on cases where we believe recovery is achievable, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Recovery timelines and results depend on factors outside our control, including the policies of government agencies and legal processes in individual states.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as necessary to carry out the recovery process or as required by law.
