This initial consultation is completely free. There is no obligation to proceed, and we will never pressure you. We simply want to confirm the details are correct before we begin any work.
If you choose to proceed, we will send you a clear, plain-English agreement that sets out our fee — a percentage of the funds we recover — and the scope of work we will carry out on your behalf. You sign nothing until you are completely comfortable.
Our fee is contingency-based: if we do not successfully recover your funds, you pay us nothing.
Once engaged, our team takes over completely. We prepare all required documentation, liaise with the relevant government agencies, arrange any notarisation that may be required, and manage all correspondence on your behalf.

When the recovery is complete, the funds are released directly to you. At that point, our agreed fee is deducted. You receive the balance — and the process is complete.
